相較於「不穩定表面的訓練」,對於會在崎嶇路面進行跑或跳的人來說,我傾向於讓踝關節在不同角度下去發展髖關節的控制能力,這會更符合實際的路況(路面是紮實穩定的,但不同角度)。以我的訓練經驗來說,相較於不斷追逐「更重」的單腳直膝硬舉,在「多角度平面」下的訓練方式有改善單腳直膝硬舉的控制能力,這是之前不斷追求更重負荷時所沒有的,我相信這是一個新的方向。
